CercaPosta is an intelligent business email archive. It collects messages from multiple sources, indexes bodies and attachments, and lets people find information with advanced search or natural-language questions while showing the sources used.
Does it read attachments and scans?
Yes. It extracts and indexes text from PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and many other formats. It uses OCR for scans and images, and results can highlight the matching passage inside the attachment.
Which email sources does it support?
Microsoft 365 through Microsoft Graph, on-premises Exchange Server through EWS, Gmail through the Gmail API with read-only OAuth authorization, and any IMAP or POP3 mailbox. You can also import PST, EML, mbox and ZIP archives. Synchronization is incremental and deduplication prevents unnecessary copies.
Does it send or modify original email?
CercaPosta keeps a copy of messages without rewriting their contents. For POP3, keep “Leave on server” enabled to avoid deleting messages from the mailbox after archiving. Follow-up reminders use a dedicated flow with human control and audit. See the connector reference.
Can it be installed on-premise?
Yes. The stack can be deployed with Docker inside your organization on amd64 or arm64. AI endpoints are configurable too and may remain entirely on the private network.
Can I use local AI models?
Yes. Chat, embeddings and reranking use configurable OpenAI-compatible endpoints. They can be local models, private services or managed providers selected by your organization.
Are mobile and desktop apps available?
Yes. Clients are available for iOS and Android, and a desktop client runs on Windows and Linux, alongside the web application. They all use the same protected archive and APIs.
How is user data protected?
Every query is isolated by user. CercaPosta supports per-user encryption, 2FA, revocable sessions, audit logs and archive-specific original storage. With on-premise deployment, data remains in infrastructure you choose.
How much does it cost?
The CercaPosta plans show approved catalogue prices and conditions, including storage, users and features. For plans requiring a quote and on-premises deployments, pricing also depends on migration and infrastructure. Contact us for an assessment.
